My name is Alissa and I am a Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) Hypnotherapist and I would be honored at helping you live your best life.
What is RTT® Hypnotherapy?
- RTT® Hypnotherapy is a hybrid form of therapy. It's a combination of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Psychotherapy. It is not dependent on depth of trance, whereas traditional hypnotherapy is.
- RTT® Hypnotherapy method gets to the root cause of the issue so clients can understand what is running their unwanted behavior or beliefs, and then through a process of suggestion, allow the client to reframe those unwanted behaviors or beliefs.
- Hypnosis is a way of directly accessing the subconscious mind, where 95% of our actions and beliefs are derived from. Our memories, failures, traumas and beliefs are all stored in the subconscious mind.
What's it like being hypnotized?
- Hypnosis is merely a relaxation of the nervous system and clients often feel extremely peaceful afterwards - even lighter.
- Clients can not stay in hypnosis and no one can make them do or say anything that is uncomfortable. Clients are respected and in control during their session. It is a safe, kind, loving and non-judgmental space that one can speak openly.
- During a session, clients are seated upright and are able to communicate with the Hypnotherapist.
- Every client is unique as are their needs, therefore, one to three sessions are often required with the possibility of more.
- The session continues for 21-days after the initial session. A personalized recording is made for each client who will then commit to listening for 21 consecutive days to ingrain the work that was done during the session.
- In addition, follow-up emails, calls or texts will be sent to the client during those 21-days. At 21-days, it is discussed and decided if an additional session would be beneficial for the client.
